We are excited to present an instructional webinar that provides guidance on how to use the OSY Learning Plan. A draft version of this resource was piloted by our own MEP staff in Summer 2016.
The 10-minute recorded webinar is self-guided and is meant to provide guidance specifically on the Student Learning Plan Training Guide. MEP staff that take the training should download a copy of the training guide before starting the webinar. Links to the training guide and plans are below.

Graduation and Outcomes for Success for OSY (GOSOSY)
District MEPs are strongly encouraged to complete a FMEP OSY Profile for each out-of-school youth after completing a COE. Profiles should be completed annually.
2017-18 Out-of-School Youth Profile/Survey & Instructions (English Version) - Revised July 2017
The ID&R Office created an OSY Educational Outcomes Chart (EOC) - adapted from consortium materials. The OSY EOC is a user-friendly, practical tool designed to help OSY service providers create academic and support services plans that best suits the needs of the OSY they serve even if they are only residing in a district for a brief period. Click the link below to download a copy of the OSY EOC.
We have created instructions to assist you with this. Click the link below to get started.

Here's a list of the OSY educational materials we have available:
These life skills lessons enable recruiters & advocates to provide quick educational instruction on specific health related and finance topics. The materials comply with the MEP reasonable, allowable, necessary assessment (RAN) of items purchased with Title I, Part C funds. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
We also have migrant education hotline flyers available. These 8 1/2 x 11 flyers (in easy tear-off pads) are targeted to address the specific concerns of OSY.
Alachua Multi-County
Alachua Multi-County OSY Advocate, Johnny Rolfes, has created a series of mini-lessons in Spanish and English. We want to thank Johnny and the staff at AMC for sharing these tools, which can be adapted to work in other FL districts. Each title will open a zipped file that contains a mini-lesson and supporting documents.
The list of available mini-lessons was revised on September 15, 2014.
Polk County MEP
Check out a mini-lesson that Polk uses with their welcome bags for OSYs. It is basic but it has been useful in Polk county.
