The GOSOSY website is focused on the concerns of this unique population. Visit this OSY website for valuable information and resources for anyone working with OSY.

District MEPs are strongly encouraged to complete a FMEP OSY Profile for each out-of-school youth after completing a COE. Profiles should be completed annually.

2022-23 Out-of-School Youth Profile/Survey & Instructions (English Version) - Revised July 2022

The ID&R Office created an OSY Educational Outcomes Chart (EOC) - adapted from consortium materials. The OSY EOC is a user-friendly, practical tool designed to help OSY service providers create academic and support services plans that best suits the needs of the OSY they serve even if they are only residing in a district for a brief period.
